S.A.I.L.
is a community based organization which provides the citizens of Maumee
with on-going education, intervention and financial support, when needed,
to help reduce substance abuse and violence issues. S.A.I.L. strives to
take a leading role in these issues, helping to create a healthier and
safer community.

About the Board-- Board membership is voluntary consisting of twenty-two members from various elements of the Maumee community. The Board is autonomous having no affiliation with any other organization.
Sail is funded by:
The Federal Drug Free Grant to Maumee City Schools, with a focus on intervention & prevention.
Donations from Maumee City Council, and other community organizations.
